We are delighted to announce that our Star & Liam pups have arrived!
Four big babies made their way into the world in the early hours of the morning.

Had a lovely day judging Golden Retrievers and Cocker Spaniels at Wrexham and DCS Open Show.
My BOB was a beautiful bitch, Mulfield Peach Blossom JW, who went on to win Group 2. My Best Puppy was a six month old puppy dog, Mulfield Sea of Dreams, who went on to win Puppy Group 2.
It was my first time judging Cocker Spaniels so was lovely to see that my Best Puppy went on to be placed third in the Group.

Storm's girl, Bonnie gained a Very Promising from UK Judge Lyn Anderson (Linchael) with the following critique.
'Sweet, happy puppy, very good pigment and eye colour, correct shoulder and upper arm. Well ribbed, good topline and tailset. Good bend of stifle, happy, free mover.'

We only took our Big Man, Storm today, to his 2nd Championship show of the year!

Had a lovely morning in Coventry, judging Golden Retrievers at Wellingborough and DCS Open Show.
My Best of Breed went to the lovely dog, Stvincent Golden Gun from Swansreach owned by Nadine Barber.
My Best Puppy was a lovely 6 month old bitch, Stvincent Moonlighting at Messano, owned by Julie and Paul Seamons.

A very Happy 1st Birthday to our eight little Leapings, Star and Napoleons' puppies, who arrived on the 29th February last year.
We decided as they were leap year babies then they would celebrate their day on the 28th :)

I had a wonderful time judging Golden Retrievers up at Upperward of Lanarkshire Canine Society Open Show in Scotland.
It was a fabulous entry of some wonderful dogs which made for some very tough decisions.
My BOB went to a beautiful young bitch

She then delighted us all by winning Gundog Group 2 :)

Sunday saw Storm's son and daughter in the show ring!
Leighsham Bombay Sapphire,
owned by Joy Jackson-Haines,
competed in her first Championship Show and was Reserve in a lovely class of minor puppies under Judge Sally Roberts (Vanzela).

Not to be outdone by his Sister, Sol,
Leighsham Cococabana at Raiveslake,
attended his first show at Ashton Under Lyne and DKA.
He enjoyed his afternoon in the ring and was placed 2nd in Puppy under Liz Halgarth.

A fabulous morning was had by all when our Urban and Bowie litters met up to celebrate their third and first birthdays at Formby Beach.
It was great to see all the dogs playing and getting along with each other on what was a very sunny winters morning :)
