The National Championship Show!
Sol was an absolute star again winning
1st Limit Dog under breed judge, Carron French (Caffimbra)
We also entered the Meriel Hathaway Memorial Open Stakes Class.
It was a large class of Gundogs and
Sol was placed 3rd under Gundog Judge Derek Smith.
Huge thanks to both judges, it was a great day!

Tonight there is a bright new star shining in the sky but a great big hole in our hearts. Our beautiful Skye is now free from pain and has crossed the bridge, at home, peacefully to be with Rai. We shall miss our girl who would have been 13 in a few months time. Everything was always on Skye's terms and this morning she told us it was time. She gave us so many memories to cherish forever but we will miss our resident mudlark and water baby so much. The dogs are quiet and know they have lost their commander and chief. Run free my brown eyed girl, till we meet again at the bridge.
